When I need anything new I will be contacting ACS and recommending them to anyone who asks

Had technician Nicholas Watts show up 45 minutes early. … Read more Had a garage door cable snap, called ACS yesterday on Friday afternoon around 3pm and got an appointment for Saturday(next day) between 2-4pm. Had technician Nicholas Watts show up 45 minutes early. He evaluated the broken cable and diagnosed what was causing the cable to break more frequently than normal as the same thing happened about 1 year ago. He discovered a few bent brackets that were causing the cable to rub on the bracket and break prematurely. Nick was awesome, will call ACS again!
